The inventory of available single family homes for sale is 173 at this moment. There were 36 homes sold in November and there are 75 in escrow. So, if you think it’s not a good time to sell, I would say the statistics suggest otherwise. This quarter of the year is historically the busiest in the South Tahoe Area. If you are thinking of selling, now is a great time as we see prices edging up and the Fed is talking about moving interest rates in the upward direction, there is certain to be an increase in buyer urgency.
